+ Step 1: Build Your Project
Whenever you add a video to the cart, you’ll be directed to a form to gather more information about your project. After a video has been added to the cart, you can add any addons or rush delivery options.

Addons allow you to customize your project order and deliverables.

Get your order in as little as 24 hours from project confirmation by adding rush delivery to your project. Typical delivery is no later than three weeks from project confirmation.
+ Step 2: Submit your payment and project for review
Once your payment is processed, your order is under review. We’ll make sure we have all of the info we need, and you'll recieve a confirmation email from your editor stating that your project has begun.
Review normally happens within 24-hours.
+ Step 3: review your edited video
Once we finish your project, you’ll be able to watch a watermarked version of your video. This is your chance to use your free (or add additional) revisions to get the video right where you’d like it.
+ Step 4: approve and download your project
If you're happy with your finished project, you can instantly download the watermark-free versions - officially concluding the project.
