In ancient Greece, the temple of Apollo at Delphi bore the inscription Meden Agan (μηδὲν ἄγαν) - 'Nothing in excess'. This season of developing Meden Video is growing directly out of this mindset.

What happens when I step away from an environment of excess and begin fresh?

Where has excess been inhibiting my creativity?

What can I do to encourage fresh ideas, overcome learning curves, and grow constantly?

Meden Video

Meden Video is born from a desire to create exciting and refreshing projects. Coming from creatively restrictive and deadline-emphasized workplaces, my wife and I worked to create venues for the ultimate peace and freedom in creativity.

Meden Studio and Meden Video are hubs for our individual creative projects, portfolios, and client work.

We enjoy nothing more than creating, and creating with “Meden Agan” in mind.

Meden Video is home to projects I’ll be using to inspire myself and grow in what I do. Whether it’s a quick project or an update on the season, this is my hub to express the creative process.

This time is important for me, as I discover what projects I find passion in, what helps me grow, and what makes sense as a motion designer and videographer.

I would like to work on projects and resources that help inspire and empower other creative’s work.
