With quick turnarounds and lots of story to tell, these projects are a blast. Sophie sends over a rough cut, I finish a fine cut (with some fun additions), and she’ll close it out with additional character.
Our workflow is uniquely special, and I enjoy collaborating with Sophie on these projects.
Motion Design:
Previously, Ryan and Sophie’s maps were flat, still images, or time-consuming to create (1-2 hours).
With fresh branding in hand, I worked to develop a new map workflow and template for our projects together. It only takes ~30 minutes to produce maps now, and they convey more interest than the previous maps.
Along with the rebrand, I created Premiere Pro templates so Sophie could include more complex graphics on the fly (without ever having to open After Effects).
