While we try to finish your videos as fast as possible, adding a rush delivery option to your order guarantees your project’s completion by a certain date.

Delivery options do not speed up review time (typically 24 hours).

Adding a delivery option ensures you receive your first video no later than the time specified, beginning from project confirmation. Delivery options do not include revisions.

If we are unable to review and confirm your project in time, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Once confirmed, projects with 48-hour or 24-hour delivery options are non-refundable.
